Our officers are closely supervised receive specialized training in preventive security, perimeter protection, access control, intrusion detection, patrol tactics, crime deterrence, conflict resolution, and First Aid. They must re-qualify on a regular basis and keep their professional accreditations current. Officers are also required to maintain physical fitness and keep a professional appearance according to a uniform dress code. They know how to maintain a friendly professional interaction with clients and how to effectively interact with law enforcement first responders in the event of an emergency. We monitor the work performance of every officer by using a proprietary technology. Officers are required to use a dedicated smartphone that tracks their whereabouts throughout the shift at the jobsite. Officers also use a mobile application to geo-tag areas of concerns and document incidents encountered during their patrol. Our clients can use the same application to alert the officer to any security concerns, anytime.
