Our company’s proprietary training curricula
are based on the real world experience of the company's founders
and staff in the fields of security, law enforcement, criminology,
modern warfare, counter terrorism, and survival. Tested under
the most demanding circumstances, our methods are, by far, the
most effective in the world. Various aspects of our curricula
are taught to elite units of the Israeli military, the Israeli
Secret Service, the diplomatic protection service and at the air
marshal school. In the United States it has been taught to U.S.
Navy SEAL Instructors, Federal Agents, police officers, various
tactical teams, corporate officers and thousands of select individuals.
Our curricula can be adapted by clients with
varying levels of experience and are designed to improve on, augment,
complete, and complement any previous training. The training curricula
are fully documented, and our instructors follow a chronological training syllabus
built around a cohesive framework and detailed Terminal Learning
Objectives (TLOs). We have a unique, integrated testing mechanism
that assures proficiency and accurate retention of information.
Training is not a game. Unlike other training
methods that teach unrealistic, sport based skills, our programs
provide reality based, no-nonsense solutions. The techniques we
teach employ simple mechanics that do not require advanced coordination
and do not fail under stress. To help participants assimilate
the skills quickly and enhance comprehension, we use lifelike
innovative scenarios. Conditions such as low light, crowds, uneven
terrain, confined spaces, obstacles, and exhaustion are often
simulated during training.

We follow strict safety guidelines that allow students to train
hard without suffering injuries. The medical and legal aspects
of our techniques are regularly discussed. Case studies of incidents
where force was used are analyzed, and the proper application
of techniques is taught based on a clear understanding of the
legal issues involved.

Real learning takes place during practical
exercises when there is sufficient time for effective student-teacher
interaction. To insure quality instruction we keep our class
sizes to a minimum, with an average instructor-student ratio
of 1:5. Training can either be carried out at our training
center or it can be brought to you. Our Mobile Instructor
Team (MIT) provides on-site training worldwide at customer
locations. We develop custom programs to fit specific needs
and/or requirements. Instructor internship and certification
training is provided for those who qualify.
